  • The above rates is based on up to 12 people, extra people $25 per person per night up to 23 max. The below rates are based on the maximum with no extra charges.
  • Summer Holidays (SA School Holidays) with a 7 night minimum stay @ $1,600 per night
  • New Years @ $1850 per night only 5 nights available
  • Long weekends @ $1,600 per night 3 night minimum stay applicable. (excluding January long weekend - please see Summer rate)
  • Easter $1,750 per night 4 nights stay applicable.
  • Local Events @ $1600 per night with a 2 night minimum stay
