This modern holiday home invites you to wake up to kangaroos grazing on the lawn and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while soaking in breathtaking views of the river and cliffs.

In the afternoons, open the central lounge to embrace panoramic scenes of the setting sun through the surrounding bushland. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features five bedrooms (including one with an ensuite), three bathrooms, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, expansive decking, and a breezeway lounge perfect for gathering with family or friends.

Downstairs offers even more space with indoor and outdoor dining, BBQ facilities, basic kitchen amenities, a second laundry, and another bathroom. The large lawn leads to natural bushland and a terraced grass area down to the riverbank—ideal for kids, pets, or simply lounging in nature.

The township of Morgan is just 5km away, with all the essentials including hotels, takeaway stores, a bakery, supermarket, hardware store, general store, and fuel stations.

Please note: The pontoon has been damaged and will be removed, with a replacement planned for 2025 (subject to permits and availability of trades). Recent floods have impacted the riverfront, but a complete redesign is in progress pending council approval.

  • Off Peak (Winter Months) - $350 per night with a $10 surcharge Friday & Saturday nights - 2 night minimum stay.
  • Peak (either side of Winter & Summer) - $475 per night with a $10 surcharge Friday & Saturday nights - 2 night minimum stay
  • Summer - SA School Holidays $600 per night with a 5 night minimum stay
  • SA Long Weekends & Local Events - $650 per night with a 3 night minimum stay (excluding January long weekend - please see Summer rate)
  • Easter - $750 per night with a 4 night minimum stay
  • New Years Week - $700 per night with a 7 night minimum stay
  • All prices based on 8 people, additional guests @ $20 per person up to a maximum of 10
